This Privacy Policy explains how Universitas Darussalam Gontor, through Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the UNIDA One mobile application.

1. About UNIDA One

UNIDA One is an internal campus service application for Universitas Darussalam Gontor. The application is designed to help authorized users, including lecturers, staff, and other approved users, access selected campus services through a mobile device.

Features may include profile information, teaching schedules, attendance services, academic service access, assessment-related services, and other integrated campus services provided by Universitas Darussalam Gontor.

2. Information We Collect

UNIDA One may collect and process the following types of information depending on the features used by the user:

To display profile, schedule, attendance, academic, and administrative service information.

4. Authentication and Account Access

UNIDA One uses the official UNIDA Gontor Single Sign-On service for user authentication. Users must use a valid institutional account to access protected features. Access to each feature may depend on the user’s role, unit, and permission within the campus information system.

5. Data Sharing

UNIDA One does not sell user personal data to third parties. User data may be processed by internal systems of Universitas Darussalam Gontor for legitimate academic, administrative, technical, and institutional purposes.

Data may be shared only when required for:

Integration with official UNIDA Gontor campus systems.
System maintenance, security monitoring, and technical support.
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or institutional policies.

6. Data Storage and Security

Certain academic, attendance, and administrative records may be retained according to the data retention policies of Universitas Darussalam Gontor.

Users may contact the developer or relevant campus unit to request clarification, correction, or assistance related to their data displayed in UNIDA One. Some data shown in the application may originate from official campus systems, so corrections may need to be made through the responsible administrative unit.

9. Children’s Privacy

UNIDA One is intended for authorized users of Universitas Darussalam Gontor, especially lecturers, staff, and adult users. The application is not directed to children under the age of 18.

10. Advertising

UNIDA One does not display third-party advertisements and does not use user data for advertising or marketing profiling.
